Samsung rant question!!?

does the samsung rand qwerty keyboard have soft or hard keys,because in the pictures they look hard and I passed by a kiosk with a sample phone and they were soft,and I really don't like soft keys and can you please tell me the pros and cons about this phone,EVERYTHING!!?? thanks!(:Samsung rant question!!?
