I think it's completely fine, and up to the person at the end of the day.
I think there needs to be proper support/counselling etc before and after any procedure with patients though.
To avoid it becoming a problem to the point where the person gets into debt to pay for unnessecary procedures or starts to mutilate their body to a ridiculous degree.
(Like that Wildenstein woman...oh dear lord!)
I think far too many plastic surgeons cash in at any opportunity on peoples body hang ups/self esteem.
As long as they're making money what do they care you know?
Any type of surgery to alter your body or how it looks should be considered carefully for a long time and be done for the right reasons.
